Dr. Hsu from Long Island Dental Spa, wants you and your family to have a good Easter. Here are a few dental tips to lessen the impact that these sugary Easter treats will have against your teeth.
Tip 1: Have a chocolate bar instead of jelly beans. Jelly beans or lollipops linger inside the mouth, which can chip or damage your teeth.
Tip 2: Have a glass of water after you’ve had a sweet treat. Rinse to wash away the sugar from your pearly whites.
Tip 3: Have your treat after dinner. The Saliva will build up in your mouth, during dinner time and will neutralize the acid that can cause tooth decay and it also removes plaque, as well.
